Method of Preparing this Recipe
To start preparing this Italian recipe for your dinner, first you need to preheat your oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the freshly cut vegetables as well as garlic to the big baking sheet. Drizzle cut vegetables with the olive oil and season with pepper and salt nicely.
Properly stir to make sure that the vegetables are nicely coated with olive oil. Now put the mixed vegetables in the oven and roast, and stir occasionally till the time it is not brown. Make sure that they do not burn. It must not take more than half an hour. While your vegetables are been roasted, bring a big pot of water (salted) to boil. Add pasta and boil it properly.
Drain pasta and also reserve one cup of pasta water. Then you should add fresh herbs, butter, salt, pepper, roasted vegetables, cheese, and olive oil drizzle to the pasta. Toss the mixture and now it is ready to be served. Use cheese for topping.
