This is easy and simple to make this dish and best for your kids also. You will need some important ingredients for preparing a delicious dinner for your kids.

• 1 ½ cups of basil leaves (fresh)

• ½ cup of pine nuts (toasted until it is brown)

• Two clove garlic (chopped)

• ½ cup of olive oil

• 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (grated)

• Salt according to your taste

• 3 tablespoons of asiago cheese (grated)

• 12 ounce of green beans

• 2 package of fresh fettuccini (8 ounce)

Method of Preparation

Combine pine nuts, garlic and basil in a food processor bowl fitted along with a steel blade attachment or blender and chop it properly. While the blender is running slowly put olive oil. Now transfer the whole mixture into a big bowl and stir in the cheeses that are already grated and add some salt.

After this bring a huge pot of the salted water to boil. Add green beans in the boiling water and cook it for about 5 to 7 minutes until it is barely crisp. After that add fresh pasta, and then boil it for just 2 to 3 minutes or till the time pasta is fully cooked. Now drain pasta and beans and reserve 1 cup of the boiled water.

Now add a few tablespoons of the boiled water to pesto to make it thin. Add green beans as well as pasta to the pesto and toss it to coat. If required you can add few tablespoons of reserved boiled water, as this will easily help sauce to coat pasta. Top the prepared dish with the grated cheese and then immediately serve it to your kids.
