Roasted Rack Of Lamb

• Half cup of bread crumbs and it should be fresh
• Two tablespoons of minced garlic
• Two tablespoons of fresh and chopped rosemary
• One teaspoon of salt
• One-fourth teaspoon of black pepper
• Four tablespoons of olive oil
• One rack of trimmed lamb
• One teaspoon of salt
• One teaspoon of Dijon mustard
Method Of Preparation
First of all the oven should be preheated to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then the oven rack should be moved into the central position. Then combine the bread crumbs, rosemary, garlic, one-fourth teaspoon of pepper and one teaspoon of salt in a big bowl. Then toss in two teaspoons of olive oil for moistening the mixture. Then keep it aside.
The rack should be then seasoned with pepper and salt all over. Two tablespoons of olive oil should be heated in a heavy and large skillet that is oven proof. The rack of lamb should be seared on all sides for one to two minutes. Keep this aside for some minutes. Then the rack of lamb should be brushed with Dijon mustard. The mixture of bread crumb should be rolled unless it is evenly coated. Use foil for covering the bone ends for preventing charring.
The rack bone should be arranged down on the skillet. The lamb should be roasted on the preheated oven for twelve to eighteen minutes. The roasting time depends on your taste. Then leave it for five minutes. After this you can serve the roasted lamb by carving it through ribs.
