Smoked Salmon Recipe – Foodie Zone



Smoked fish are always delicious and lip smacking. Smoked salmon is yummy to taste and they are always cooked in different ways. Smoked salmon can be prepared in different ways. You can eat it as snacks, lunch, or dinner. Pasta is all time favorite of most of the people. Smoked salmon recipe with pasta is a unique combination and can be cooked easily. Ingredients:

• Salmon sliced

• 8 ounces pasta

• Salt to taste

• ¼ cup pine nuts

• 2 tablespoon olive oil

• 1/3 cup chopped onion

• 2 clove garlic minced

• ¼ cup cream

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 2 tablespoon parsley

• Fresh ground pepper

Preparation Method

Add lemon juice to salmon and cook it at 145 degree temperature in microwave. Once cooked take out and slice it as per your requirement. Heat a large pot with 4 quarter water. Add the pine nuts and stir occasionally. When it turns brown remove it from pot. Boil the pasta adding little bit of salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Once the pasta is ready it’s time to prepare the sauce.

Take a pan and heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté it. Add lemon juice, and cream and boil it for a minute. Your sauce is ready. Now you need to take a serving bowl. Add the boiled pasta, and add the sauce. If you feel it is dry add little pasta boiled water.

Add the sliced salmon and mix it properly. Now add the pine nuts, parsley and fresh ground pepper. Toss it well and serve hot. You can also add boiled vegetables of your choice and make it healthier. This can be a healthy dinner recipe for every member of the family.
