• One and half cups of whole wheat rotini
• 2 cups mixed vegetables; you can use vegetable like broccoli, cauliflower and carrot etc.
• One can low sodium tuna since it contain low fat
• One cup low fat concentrated cream of the chicken soup
• Half cup of peppers which is properly roasted as well as chopped
• One teaspoon seasoning
• Parmesan grated cheese ¼ cup
• Cooking spray
• ¾ cups of lightly crushed whole grain crackers (low sodium)
Method of preparing this dish
First preheat your oven up to 350 Fahrenheit. Sprinkle the cooking spray in the casserole dish. Now without using salt as well as oil prepare pasta. Drain the extra water, and then leave it aside to dry.
